Where is the best place to find out about the tours offered by GVG Tours LLC?
We hold monthly informational meetings at the Hampton Inn of Beloit, 2700 Cranston Rd. At the meetings, we discuss upcoming trips and answer questions. Please see our Home Page for a complete list of upcoming dates. We also have a monthly newsletter - please visit the Contact Us page to find the sign-up form.
When should I sign up for a trip?
The earlier the better, as trips can fill up quickly. If a trip is full, we will create a waiting list. In addition, some of our trips have promotional offers for early sign up. For all trips where GVG Tours LLC is the vendor you will receive a full refund of your deposit if you need to cancel before the final payment is due.
How do I register for a trip?

When I register for a trip, what do I receive?
You will receive an email confirmation which serves as your receipt and contains important trip information. If you do not have email you a confirmation letter will be mailed to the address on your registration form.
What if I am a single traveler looking for a roommate?
GVG Tours LLC will assist you in finding a roommate by listing your request on our website and newsletter. If someone indicates an interest, GVG Tours LLC will share contact info with both parties and you can decide if it will work.
Should I purchase travel protection?
GVG Tours LLC encourages you to purchase travel protection because one never knows what may happen. The travel protection typically covers cancellation, medical, and travel related issues such as delayed or lost luggage. The insurance policy for each trip is available for you to read, just click on the insurance link provided at the bottom of each trip page.
How should I prepare for my trip?
Every GVG Tours LLC trip has a pre-trip meeting, the date for this meeting can be found on your confirmation letter and on the trip’s web page. You should make every effort to attend this meeting. At the meeting, we will discuss important trip details, provide packing recommendations and answer questions. If you are unable to attend your pre-trip meeting, please send GVG Tours LLC an email at gvgtours@gmail.com letting us know and we will make sure you receive the necessary information.
How do I get from my hometown to the airport?
A charter bus or limo will pick you up at one of the following three locations:
Janesville - Van Galder Bus Terminal - 3120 N. Pontiac Dr
South Beloit Fas-Mart/McDonalds - IL Hwy 75 - 15766 Manchester Rd
Rockford - Van Galder Bus Terminal - 7559 Walton St.
The cost of the bus/limo is included in the tour cost. Parking is available at all 3 locations for for a daily fee. Please arrive ahead of your scheduled arrival time to pay for your parking. GVG Tours LLC is not responsible for vehicles parked at these locations.
What if I live in a different area of the country and want to travel with GVG Tours LLC?
GVG Tours LLC will arrange for you to meet up with the group or will provide you with a cost for the trip without airfare (you are responsible for arranging your own airfare).
What if I want to add more days to my trip?
GVG Tours LLC will assist you in accommodating your trip extension. We need your request in writing at the time of registration.
